Supermens gezocht!

How do you care for others without forgetting yourself? Supermens gezocht! is a music theatre production for audiences aged six and up by Theater Sonnevanck, exploring kindness, belonging and the difficulty of saying no.

On her first day in a new class, Chelsey does everything she can to fit in. But while playing shop with her classmates, being helpful turns into giving too much. She calls on her big sister for help — with consequences of her own.

Written and directed by Daniel van Klaveren, with music by Lucas Wiegerink, the production brings together four actors and singers with live harp and bassoon. Doriene Marselje and bassoonist Gordon Laing form the instrumental duo.
